Alma Major uses inclusive human-centered design methods to help organizations and communities co-create projects that improve lives.

We choose to work with organizations that share our values of reciprocity, inclusivity, shared ownership, democracy, feminism, and humility.

We will not work with: ICE, FDNS, police forces, weapons manufacturers, disinformation organizations, extremist organizations, anyone on SPLC’s list, organizations with civil, social or human rights violations (unless the work is to improve their practices), or environmentally negligent actors (unless the work is to improve their practices).

We are proud members of the Design Justice Network, a network of like minded organizations at the intersection of design and social justice.
