Who we are

Alma Major was founded in 2019 with a desire to help shape a world where creative power is distributed more fairly.

We are a behavioral insight studio led by Meg Kemp, working with a network of trusted specialists depending on project scope.

Drawing on behavioral science, design strategy, and human factors, we help organizations:
