A word from our founder, Meg Kemp

Alma Major was founded in 2019 with a desire to influence a world where creative power is distributed more fairly. As founder of Alma Major, I bring expertise in behavioral science, design thinking, technology, and mission-based work.

I am a passionate advocate for social equity with experience in enterprise creative strategy, humanitarian technology, advocacy, UX/UI design, and user research with training from Temple University and Johns Hopkins University.
